Substantial scientific evidence supporting the health benefits of EVOO

Nutrients, one of the reference scientific open access magazines at the international level, has published an article with the conclusions of the III International Conference on Virgin Olive Oil and Health, held in Jaén in May 2018 and organized by the Spanish researcher José Juan Gaforio, in which renowned experts addressed the most recent research on the benefits of olive oil and its components.
